That still allows us to handle dropouts early in the morning, even though they only account for about 15‑20% of the total. Adra RECEIVABLES locates the customers and invoices for 80-85% of payments, and then automatically updates the debtor ledger and finance accounts!”

“We have a number of payments in which a head office pays on behalf of several shops in one go. No problem for RECEIVABLES. On the other hand, a single payment for several invoices can be a bit tricky. In such cases, we have to ask for a specification, which, if it’s supplied in a spreadsheet, can be entered into RECEIVABLES. As yet, we have not used this option, but we will before long,” says Pedersen, before continuing:
